Erica has over fifteen years of experience in global organizational effectiveness including leadership development, human resources, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and communications. She is a healthcare executive, adjunct professor, member of Forbes Coaches Council as well as the owner of E. L. Reynolds & Associates, LLC - a consulting firm that specializes in addressing the factors of human behavior that affect performance and productivity. Erica has a passion for advancing organizations and their people beyond their current limitations to achieve greater results and fulfillment. She utilizes her expertise by providing services like coaching, consulting, mediation, public speaking, trainings and workshops. 

A dynamic leadership & organizational effectiveness professional, Erica works with her clients to deliver innovative solutions, in a practical manner. The results yield impactful sustainable results. She has provided her expertise to businesses ranging from small to global organizations such as: City of San Diego, Iluminar, Inc., Harmony Public Schools, University of Houston - Clear lake, Cyberonics (currently LivaNova), Kaiser Permanente, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Securities, RE/MAX, IKEA as well as host of political and non-profit organizations. Milestones of her career include: establishing and directing a global leadership development program, coaching and developing thousands of leadership professionals, creating diversity & inclusion initiatives for global organizations, serving as an advisor for successful knowledge transfer initiatives and multiple effective OD initiatives that resulted in organization and leadership recognition.

Erica holds a BA in Communications Studies and a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. She is currently a PhD candidate for a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology. Erica received formal coach training from CTI (one of the most credible and highly sought-after training programs in the world). She has coached thousands of clients in various roles, industries and phases of life. Erica earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and mediator credential. 

In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and is very active in giving back to her community
